The major mass media fests follow the same trend annually, beginning in July and going on until February, towards the end of the academic year.

Yet there is one festival, the last one of the wave, which is considered to be the most awaited, each year. We are referring to R.D. National College’s annual mass media festival, Cutting Chai. Cutting Chai XI is being held on February 9th at the R.D. National College campus.
